RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Driving licence: A Greek or International driver's license issued at least one year prior is required.

Minimum Lease Term: Minimum rental is 2 days. No mileage limit applies.

Fines & Penalties: All traffic fines and administrative sanctions are the responsibility of the renter. If the vehicle is returned later than the agreed time or the time stated on the voucher, the supplier will charge for the delay.

Pick-up Time: The vehicle will remain available for up to 1 hour after the agreed pickup time. You must contact us if you intend to collect it after that time.

Fuel / Electric Power Supply: Paid by the lessee.

Insurance

Basic insurance: Included in the prices.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Covers damage to the rented vehicle for amounts above €600. For damage up to €600, the renter is responsible.

Full Insurance: Covers all damage to the rented vehicle except tires and rims.

Tire & Rim Insurance: Optional service (€5/day).

Damages: Regardless of insurance type, the renter is responsible for damage or replacement of destroyed tires and rims, as well as damage to the underside of the vehicle. Unless tire & rim insurance has been included in the order.

Delivery – Collection: Free to/from airport, port and hotels.

Taxes: All prices include VAT 17%.

Availability: The company reserves the right to change the type of car in special cases.

Transportation by Ferry: Prohibited without written consent from the company.

Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 30 days before the delivery date, with refund of the deposit.

Fuel / Charging Policy: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. A €20 fee applies for each ¼ tank less than the initial level. For electric vehicles, a €10 service fee applies if the battery level is lower than upon pickup.
